Data security and data protection principles

Trust is the basis of every relationship between us, our customers and interested parties. Therefore, it goes without saying that we comply with the relevant legal provisions, such as the German Federal Data Protection Act and the German Telemedia Act, as well as the regulations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation when handling the data from your Internet visit. For you this means:

  • You can move anonymously in our Internet pages.
  • You decide which personal data you transmit to us and for what purpose we may process or use it.
  • You can, of course, revoke your respective consent to the processing or use of your data at any time, with effect for the future.
  • We respect your rights under the aforementioned data protection laws, such as the right to information about the data we have stored about you.
  • Of course, our security measures in information processing comply with the state of the art and legal requirements.
  • Our employees are bound to secrecy.
  • Compliance with data protection regulations is monitored by the company's data protection officer. You can also contact him directly by e-mail with your questions.

Security measures

When you send messages to us from the website via the contact form, this data is transmitted in encrypted form. Here we use the SSL encryption method, which is also recommended by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).

We use the e-mail address you provide exclusively to send you the requested information by e-mail. As a rule, we do not send information concerning contractual matters by e-mail. You will then receive a reply by mail. E-mails to private addresses can currently only be sent unencrypted. This means that they are not protected against unauthorized viewing, falsification, etc. In addition to the Federal Data Protection Act, we are also legally obliged to observe banking secrecy and to protect personal data, in particular contract data, against access by unauthorized third parties. For this reason, we generally do not transmit any contract data unencrypted on the Internet.
